2 Kings 13:4-6
English Standard Version
4 Then Jehoahaz (A)sought the favor of the Lord, and the Lord listened to him, (B)for he saw the oppression of Israel, how the king of Syria oppressed them. 5 (Therefore the Lord gave Israel (C)a savior, so that they escaped from the hand of the Syrians, and the people of Israel lived in (D)their homes as formerly. 6 Nevertheless, they did not depart from the sins of the house of Jeroboam, (E)which he made Israel to sin, but walked[a] in them; and (F)the Asherah also remained in Samaria.)

2 Kings 13:4-6
New International Version
4 Then Jehoahaz sought(A) the Lord’s favor, and the Lord listened to him, for he saw(B) how severely the king of Aram was oppressing(C) Israel. 5 The Lord provided a deliverer(D) for Israel, and they escaped from the power of Aram. So the Israelites lived in their own homes as they had before. 6 But they did not turn away from the sins(E) of the house of Jeroboam, which he had caused Israel to commit; they continued in them. Also, the Asherah pole[a](F) remained standing in Samaria.
