³⁶ When they came back and told him, he said, “This is the word of the Lord, which he spoke by his servant Elijah the Tishbite: ^(A)‘In the territory of Jezreel the dogs shall eat the flesh of Jezebel,

²³ And of Jezebel the Lord also said, ^(A)‘The dogs shall eat Jezebel within ^(B)the walls of Jezreel.’

^25 (A)He restored the border of Israel ^(B)from Lebo-hamath as far as the Sea of ^(C)the Arabah, according to the word of the Lord, the God of Israel, which he spoke by his servant ^(D)Jonah the son of Amittai, the prophet, who was from ^(E)Gath-hepher.

²⁵ and sent a message by Nathan the prophet. So he called his name Jedidiah,^[a] because of the Lord.

³⁶ And Aaron and his sons did all the things that the Lord commanded by Moses.
