³⁶ And the archangel Jeremiel answered and said, ‘When the number of those like yourselves^[a] is completed, for he has weighed the age in the balance,^(A)

⁴ just as he chose us in Christ^[a] before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love.^(A)

¹¹ They were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number would be complete both of their fellow servants and of their brothers and sisters who were soon to be killed as they themselves had been killed.^(A)
