3 For I testify that (A)according to their ability, and beyond their ability, they gave voluntarily, 4 begging us with much urging for the (B)favor [a]of participation in the [b](C)support of the [c]saints, 5 and this, not as we had [d]expected, but they first (D)gave themselves to the Lord and to us by (E)the will of God. 6 So we (F)urged (G)Titus that as he had previously (H)made a beginning, so he would also complete in you (I)this gracious work as well.

2 Corinthians 8:3-6
New International Version
3 For I testify that they gave as much as they were able,(A) and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, 4 they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing(B) in this service(C) to the Lord’s people.(D) 5 And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us. 6 So we urged(E) Titus,(F) just as he had earlier made a beginning, to bring also to completion(G) this act of grace on your part.
