A Gift Proportionate To Your Abundance Is Acceptable For Their Need
12 For if the eagerness is there, it [a] is acceptable to whatever degree a person may have, not to-the-degree he does not have. 13 For it is not in order that there may be rest[b] for others, affliction[c] for you, but out of equality[d]— 14 at the present time your abundance[e] being for the need of those ones, in order that the abundance of those ones also may come-to-be for your need, so that there may be equality.

13 Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. 14 At the present time your plenty will supply what they need,(B) so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality,
