¹⁵What harmony is there between Christ and Belial^[a]?^(A) Or what does a believer^(B) have in common with an unbeliever?^(C)

¹⁶And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For ^(A)you^[a] are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

^(B)“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”

¹⁶What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?^(A) For we are the temple^(B) of the living God.^(C) As God has said:

“I will live with them
and walk among them,
and I will be their God,
and they will be my people.”^[a]^(D)
