²⁰ We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

⁸ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers,^[a] and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give.

⁹ Heal the sick who are there, and tell them, ‘God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’

¹² Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.

² But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out, and leap like calves of the stall. ³ You shall tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I make,” says Yahweh of Armies.

⁶ He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

³² He will corrupt those who do wickedly against the covenant by flatteries; but the people who know their God will be strong, and take action.
