4 Therefore, since we have this ^(A)ministry, as we ^(B)received mercy, we ^(C)do not lose heart,

¹³ even though I was formerly a blasphemer and a ^(A)persecutor and a violent aggressor. Yet I was ^(B)shown mercy because ^(C)I acted ignorantly in unbelief;

¹⁶ Yet for this reason I ^(A)was shown mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Christ Jesus might ^(B)demonstrate all His patience as an example for those ^[a]who are going to believe upon Him for eternal life.
