2 And he caused the priests to stand in their responsibilities and (A)strengthened them in the service of the house of Yahweh. 3 He also said to (B)the Levites who provided understanding to all Israel and who were holy to Yahweh, “Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built; (C)it will be a burden on your shoulders no longer. Now serve Yahweh your God and His people Israel. 4 (D)So prepare yourselves by your fathers’ households in your divisions, according to the writing of David king of Israel and (E)according to the writing of his son Solomon.

2 He appointed the priests to their duties and encouraged them in the service of the Lord’s temple. 3 He said to the Levites, who instructed(A) all Israel and who had been consecrated to the Lord: “Put the sacred ark in the temple that Solomon son of David king of Israel built. It is not to be carried about on your shoulders. Now serve the Lord your God and his people Israel. 4 Prepare yourselves by families in your divisions,(B) according to the instructions written by David king of Israel and by his son Solomon.
