Uzziah’s Pride

¹⁶ But ^(A)when he became strong, his heart was so ^[a]proud that he acted corruptly, and he was unfaithful to Yahweh his God. And ^(B)he entered the temple of Yahweh to burn incense on the altar of incense.

²⁰ But when his heart was ^(A)raised up and his spirit became so ^(B)strong that he behaved arrogantly, he was ^(C)deposed from his royal throne, and his glory was taken away from him.
