22 When they began singing and praising, the Lord (A)set ambushes against the sons of (B)Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were struck down. 23 For the sons of Ammon and Moab rose up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir, completely destroying them; and when they had finished with the inhabitants of Seir, (C)they helped to destroy one another.

22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes(A) against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. 23 The Ammonites(B) and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir(C) to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another.(D)
