²親愛的弟兄姊妹，我們現在是上帝的兒女，將來如何還未顯明。但我們知道，當主顯現的時候，我們必會像祂，因為我們必見到祂的本體。

²Dear friends,^(A) now we are children of God,^(B) and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears,^[a]^(C) we shall be like him,^(D) for we shall see him as he is.^(E)
