10 Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony.(A) Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar,(B) because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life,(C) and this life is in his Son.(D) 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.(E)

10 (The one who believes in the Son of God has this testimony within him. The one who does not believe God has made Him a liar,(A) because he has not believed in the testimony God has given about His Son.) 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
12 The one who has the Son has life.(B) The one who doesn’t have the Son of God does not have life.
