1 John 2:24-27
New American Standard Bible
24 As for you, see that what you heard (A)from the beginning remains in you. If what you heard from the beginning remains in you, you also (B)will remain in the Son and in the Father.
The Promise Is Eternal Life
25 (C)This is the promise which He Himself [a]made to us: eternal life.
26 These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to (D)deceive you. 27 And as for you, the (E)anointing which you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing (F)teaches you about all things, and is (G)true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, [b]you remain in Him.

If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father. 25 And this is the promise which he promised [a]us, even the life eternal. 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that would lead you astray. 27 And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you concerning all things, [b]and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, [c]ye abide in him.
