1 Corinthians 9:8-11
Legacy Standard Bible
8 Am I speaking these things (A)according to [a]human judgment? Or does not the Law also say these things? 9 For it is written in the Law of Moses, “(B)You shall not muzzle the ox while it is threshing.” Is God merely concerned about (C)oxen? 10 Or is He speaking altogether for our sake? Yes, (D)for our sake it was written, because (E)the plowman ought to plow in hope, and the thresher to thresh in hope of sharing the crops. 11 (F)If we sowed spiritual things in you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?

American Standard Version
8 Do I speak these things after the manner of men? or saith not the law also the same? 9 For it is written in the law of Moses, [a]Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn. Is it for the oxen that God careth, 10 or saith he it [b]assuredly for our sake? Yea, for our sake it was written: because he that ploweth ought to plow in hope, and he that thresheth, to thresh in hope of partaking. 11 If we sowed unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we shall reap your carnal things?
