1 Corinthians 9:3-7
English Standard Version
3 This is my defense to those who would examine me. 4 (A)Do we not have the right to eat and drink? 5 (B)Do we not have the right to take along a believing wife,[a] as do the other apostles and (C)the brothers of the Lord and (D)Cephas? 6 Or is it only Barnabas and I who have no right to refrain from working for a living? 7 (E)Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? (F)Who plants a vineyard without eating any of its fruit? Or who tends a flock without getting some of the milk?

Holman Christian Standard Bible
3 My defense to those who examine me is this: 4 Don’t we have the right to eat and drink?(A) 5 Don’t we have the right to be accompanied by a Christian wife[a] like the other apostles,(B) the Lord’s brothers, and Cephas?(C) 6 Or do Barnabas(D) and I alone have no right to refrain from working? 7 Who ever goes to war at his own expense?(E) Who plants a vineyard and does not eat its fruit? Or who shepherds a flock and does not drink the milk from the flock?
