Thanksgiving

⁴I always thank my God for you^(A) because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. ⁵For in him you have been enriched^(B) in every way—with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge^(C)— ⁶God thus confirming our testimony^(D) about Christ among you. ⁷Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift^(E) as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.^(F) ⁸He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless^(G) on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.^(H) ⁹God is faithful,^(I) who has called you^(J) into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.^(K)

You are Rich

⁴I always thank my^[a] God for you because of the grace of God given you by the Messiah^[b] Jesus. ⁵For by him you have become rich in every way—in speech and knowledge of every kind— ⁶while our testimony about the Messiah^[c] has been confirmed among you. ⁷Therefore, you don’t lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus the Messiah^[d] to be revealed. ⁸He will keep you strong until the end, so that you will be blameless on the Day of our Lord Jesus the Messiah.^[e] ⁹Faithful is the God by whom you were called into fellowship with his Son Jesus the Messiah,^[f] our Lord.
