1 Corinthians 16:10-12
New American Standard Bible
10 Now if (A)Timothy comes, see that he [a]has no reason to be afraid while among you, for he is doing (B)the Lord’s work, as I also am. 11 (C)So do not look down on him, anyone. But (D)send him on his way (E)in peace, so that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brothers.
12 Now concerning our brother (F)Apollos, I strongly encouraged him to come to you with the brothers; and it was not at all his desire to come now, but he will come when he has the opportunity.

Revised Standard Version
10 When Timothy comes, see that you put him at ease among you, for he is doing the work of the Lord, as I am. 11 So let no one despise him. Speed him on his way in peace, that he may return to me; for I am expecting him with the brethren.
12 As for our brother Apol′los, I strongly urged him to visit you with the other brethren, but it was not at all his will[a] to come now. He will come when he has opportunity.
