1 Corinthians 14:37-40

37 (A)If anyone thinks that he is a prophet, or spiritual, he should acknowledge that the things I am writing to you are a command of the Lord. 38 If anyone does not recognize this, he is not recognized. 39 So, my brothers, (B)earnestly desire to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues. 40 (C)But all things should be done decently and (D)in order.

37 If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, he should recognize that what I write to you is the Lord’s command. 38 If anyone ignores this, he will be ignored.[a] 39 So then, my brothers and sisters, be eager(A) to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues. 40 But everything is to be done decently(B) and in order.
