Disciples’ Literal New Testament
6 Your boast is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? 7 Clean-out the old leaven, in order that you may be a new lump, just as you are unleavened. For indeed, our Passover [Lamb] was sacrificed[a]— Christ. 8 So then let us celebrate-the-feast not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of badness[b] and evilness, but with the unleavened loaves of purity[c] and truth.

6 Your boasting is not good.(A) Don’t you know that a little yeast(B) leavens the whole batch of dough?(C) 7 Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.(D) 8 Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread(E) of sincerity and truth.
