1 Corinthians 15:54-58

54 But when this deadly thing shall clothe undeadliness, then shall the word be done, that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory[a].
55 Death, where is thy victory? Death, where is thy prick?
56 But the prick of death is sin; and the virtue of sin is the law.
57 But do we thankings to God [Forsooth thankings to God], that gave to us victory by our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my dear-worthy brethren, be ye steadfast, and unmoveable, being plenteous in work of the Lord, evermore witting that your travail is not idle in the Lord.

New International Version
54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”[a](A)
56 The sting of death is sin,(C) and the power of sin is the law.(D) 57 But thanks be to God!(E) He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.(F)
58 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord,(G) because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.(H)
