5 Прошёл слух, что среди вас есть случай такого распутства, какого не знают даже язычники, а именно, что один из вас живёт со своей мачехой[a]. 2 А вы возгордились! Не следует ли вам вместо этого опечалиться и отлучить от вашей общины человека, который сделал такое дело? 3 Хотя я и не присутствую с вами телесно, но духом я с вами, и уже решил, как вы должны поступить с этим человеком: 4 когда соберётесь вместе во имя нашего Повелителя Исы, а я буду духом с вами, и с нами будет сила Повелителя нашего Исы, 5 вы должны предать этого человека сатане,[b] чтобы его тело было сокрушено ради спасения его духа в день возвращения Вечного Повелителя.[c]

6 Вам нечем хвалиться. Разве вы не знаете, что малое количество дрожжей может заквасить всё тесто? 7 Избавьтесь от старой закваски, чтобы вам быть новым, пресным тестом, каковым вы и должны быть. Ведь Масих, наш Ягнёнок, приготовленный на праздник Освобождения, уже принесён в жертву. 8 Поэтому давайте будем праздновать не со старой закваской порочности и зла, а с пресным хлебом чистоты и истины.[d]

9 Я просил вас в моём предыдущем письме[e] не общаться с развратниками, 10 но при этом я не имел в виду вообще всех развратников этого мира, или корыстолюбцев, или мошенников, или идолопоклонников. Если бы речь шла о них, то вам вообще надо было бы покинуть этот мир. 11 Я пишу вам о том, чтобы вы не общались с теми, кто называет себя братом, а на самом деле является развратником, корыстолюбцем, идолопоклонником или же клеветником, пьяницей или мошенником. С таким человеком даже не ешьте вместе.

12-13 Судить тех, кто вне общины верующих, не моё дело, – их будет судить Всевышний. Вы же должны судить тех, кто является частью общины, как написано: «Удали злого из твоей среды»[f].

Исх. 12:1-14; Чис. 1:14; Втор. 16:1-8). Сразу же за ним шёл праздник Пресных хлебов, который длился семь дней. В эти дни предписывалось очистить дом от всего квасного и есть только пресный хлеб (см. Исх. 12:15-20; 13:3-10; Лев. 23:6; Чис. 28:17).

5 Zenut (fornication) is actually reported among you, and such zenut which is not even among the Goyim, that one of you Corinthians has the isha (wife) of his abba [VAYIKRA 18:8].

2 And you have been puffed up with ga’avah (pride). Should you not rather have been filled with agmat nefesh (grief), so that he who has done this would have been taken away from among you?

3 For I indeed being not present in habasar but being not absent in the Ruach Hakodesh have already, as being present, pronounced the Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach’s Bet Din mishpat on the one who has done such a thing.

4 In the name of Adoneinu Yehoshua, when you have assembled in your shul (Ya 2:2) and I am with you by the same Ruach Hakodesh along with the gevurat Adoneinu Yehoshua,

5 You are to transmit and hand over to Hasatan such a person for the churban of the basar (3:16-17), that his neshamah may be spared in the Yom Hashem (AMOS 5:18; MALACHI 3:19; YOEL 2:1-17; TZEFANYAH 1:14-18).

6 Your boasting is not good. Do you not have da’as that a little chametz all the mixture leavens?

7 Purge out the old chametz (leavened bread), that you may be issa chadasha (new dough, batzek, deaf dough, having no indication of fermentation), as you are indeed like matzot (unleavened bread). More than that, our Korban Pesach has been sacrificed, Moshiach. [SHEMOT 12:3-6,21]

8 So let us celebrate Pesach, not with old chametz, nor with the chametz of kavvanah ra’ah (malice) and wickedness, but with matzot of kenut (sincerity) and emes. [SHEMOT 12:14,15; DEVARIM 16:3]

9 I wrote to you in the iggeret not to mix with those engaging in acts of zenut (fornication),

10 Not meaning to completely disassociate from the zannayim of the Olam Hazeh or those guilty of chamdanut (greed) and the ones practicing hona’ah (swindling) or those guilty of avodah zarah (idol worship), als (since) in that case you would have to exit the Olam Hazeh.

11 But, now I wrote to you not to mix with any “Ach b’Moshiach” who is a zannay (fornicator) or a kamtzan (miser) or an oved elilim (idolater) or a megadef (reviler) or a shikkor (drunkard) or a shoded (robber); with such a man do not sit at tish (table), do not share betzi’at halechem (breaking of bread).

12 For what is it to me to sit as a dayan in the Bet Din and then judge ones outside the kehillah? Will your Bet Din not judge the ones within [the kehillah]?

13 But the outsiders Hashem judges. UVI’ARTA HARA MIKKIR’BECHA "You must purge the evil from among you" [DEVARIM 17:7; 19:19; 22:21,24; 24:7]

5 我聽說在你們當中竟有人與繼母亂倫。這種淫亂的事，就是連異教徒都做不出來。 2 你們竟然還自高自大！難道你們不該痛心，把做這事的人從你們當中趕出去嗎？ 3 現在，我雖然身在遠方，心卻在你們那裡。我已經審判了做這事的人，就像親自在場一樣。 4 你們奉我們主耶穌的名聚會時，我的心並我們主耶穌的權能也與你們同在。 5 你們要把這人交給撒旦去毀壞他的肉體，好使這人的靈魂在主耶穌再來的日子可以得救。

6 你們自誇不是好事，豈不知一點麵酵能使整團麵發起來嗎？ 7 你們要把舊酵除掉，好成為真正無酵的新麵團，因為我們逾越節的羔羊——基督已經被獻為祭了。 8 所以，我們不可帶著歹毒邪惡的舊酵守這逾越節，而要用真誠純潔的無酵餅。

9 我以前曾經寫信吩咐你們，不可與淫亂的人交往。 10 我的意思並不是指世上所有淫亂、貪婪、欺詐與祭拜偶像的人。那樣的話，你們將不得不離開這個世界。 11 我的意思是，若有人自稱是信徒，卻淫亂、貪婪、祭拜偶像、毀謗、酗酒、欺詐，你們不要和他們交往，甚至不要和他們一起吃飯。

12 我何必去審判教會以外的人呢？然而，教會裡面的人豈不是該由你們審判嗎？ 13 上帝自會審判教會以外的人，你們要把那邪惡的人從你們當中趕出去。

Dealing With a Case of Incest

5 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that even pagans do not tolerate: A man is sleeping with his father’s wife.(A) 2 And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have gone into mourning(B) and have put out of your fellowship(C) the man who has been doing this? 3 For my part, even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit.(D) As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgment in the name of our Lord Jesus(E) on the one who has been doing this. 4 So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present, 5 hand this man over(F) to Satan(G) for the destruction of the flesh,[a][b] so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord.(H)

6 Your boasting is not good.(I) Don’t you know that a little yeast(J) leavens the whole batch of dough?(K) 7 Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.(L) 8 Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread(M) of sincerity and truth.

9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate(N) with sexually immoral people— 10 not at all meaning the people of this world(O) who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister[c](P) but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater(Q) or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.(R)

12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside(S) the church? Are you not to judge those inside?(T) 13 God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.”[d](U)
