⁵ to deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord ^[a]Jesus.

5 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written unto you.

² For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

² to the end that ye be not quickly shaken from your mind, nor yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by epistle as from us, as that the day of the Lord is just at hand;
