1 Chronicles 2:3-9

3 (A)The sons of Judah: (B)Er, Onan and Shelah; these three Bath-shua the Canaanite bore to him. Now Er, Judah's firstborn, was evil in the sight of the Lord, and he put him to death. 4 His daughter-in-law (C)Tamar also bore him Perez and Zerah. Judah had five sons in all.
5 The (D)sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul. 6 The sons of Zerah: Zimri, Ethan, Heman, Calcol, and Dara, five in all. 7 The son[a] of Carmi: Achan, the troubler of Israel, who (E)broke faith in the matter of the devoted thing; 8 and Ethan's son was Azariah.
9 The sons of Hezron that were born to him: Jerahmeel, (F)Ram, and (G)Chelubai.

Judah’s Descendants
3 The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, and Shelah. These three were born to him by Bathshua,[a] a Canaanite woman. Er, Judah’s firstborn, displeased the Lord, so the Lord killed him.[b]
4 Tamar, Judah’s[c] daughter-in-law, bore to him Perez and Zerah. Judah had five sons in all.
5 The sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
6 The sons of Zerah: Zimri, Ethan, Heman, Kalkol, Dara[d]—five in all.
7 The son[e] of Carmi: Achan,[f] who brought the disaster on Israel when he stole what was devoted to God.[g]
8 The son[h] of Ethan: Azariah.
9 The sons born to Hezron: Jerahmeel, Ram, and Caleb.[i]
