12 (A)The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel, four. 13 (B)The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses. (C)Aaron was set apart to dedicate the most holy things, that he and his sons forever should (D)make offerings before the Lord and (E)minister to him and (F)pronounce blessings in his name forever. 14 But the sons of Moses the (G)man of God were named among the (H)tribe of Levi. 15 The (I)sons of Moses: Gershom and Eliezer. 16 The sons of Gershom: (J)Shebuel the chief. 17 The sons of Eliezer: Rehabiah the chief. Eliezer had no other sons, but the sons of Rehabiah were very many. 18 The sons of Izhar: Shelomith the chief. 19 The (K)sons of Hebron: Jeriah the chief, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth. 20 (L)The sons of Uzziel: Micah the chief and Isshiah the second.

12 Kohath’s sons: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel—four.
13 Amram’s sons:(A) Aaron and Moses.
Aaron, along with his descendants,(B) was set apart forever to consecrate the most holy things, to burn incense in the presence of the Lord,(C) to minister to him, and to pronounce blessings in his name forever. 14 As for Moses the man of God,(D) his sons were named among the tribe of Levi.
15 Moses’s sons: Gershom and Eliezer.
16 Gershom’s sons: Shebuel was first.
17 Eliezer’s sons were Rehabiah, first; Eliezer did not have any other sons, but Rehabiah’s sons were very numerous.
18 Izhar’s sons: Shelomith was first.
19 Hebron’s sons: Jeriah was first, Amariah second, Jahaziel third, and Jekameam fourth.
20 Uzziel’s sons: Micah was first, and Isshiah second.
