38 (A)The sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan. 39 The sons of Lotan: Hori and Hemam;[a] and Lotan's sister was Timna. 40 The sons of Shobal: Alvan,[b] Manahath, Ebal, Shepho,[c] and Onam. The sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah. 41 The son[d] of Anah: Dishon. The sons of Dishon: Hemdan,[e] Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran. 42 The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan.[f] The sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.

38 The descendants of Seir were Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.
39 The descendants of Lotan were Hori and Hemam.[a] Lotan’s sister was named Timna.
40 The descendants of Shobal were Alvan,[b] Manahath, Ebal, Shepho,[c] and Onam.
The descendants of Zibeon were Aiah and Anah.
41 The son of Anah was Dishon.
The descendants of Dishon were Hemdan,[d] Eshban, Ithran, and Keran.
