1 Corinthians 10:8-11

^8 (A)Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as ^(B)some of them did, and ^(C)in one day twenty-three thousand fell; ⁹ nor let us ^[a]tempt Christ, as ^(D)some of them also tempted, and ^(E)were destroyed by serpents; ¹⁰ nor complain, as ^(F)some of them also complained, and ^(G)were destroyed by ^(H)the destroyer. ¹¹ Now ^[b]all these things happened to them as examples, and ^(I)they were written for our ^[c]admonition, ^(J)upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
