¹¹ Command and teach these things.^{(A) 12} Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.^{(B) 13} Until I arrive, give attention to the public reading of scripture,^[a] to exhorting, to teaching. ¹⁴ Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you through prophecy with the laying on of hands by the council of elders.^(C)

¹⁸ I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth^{(A) 19} and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.^(B)

²⁰ Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine,^(C)

²⁵ “I have said these things to you while I am still with you. ²⁶ But the Advocate,^[a] the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I have said to you.^{(A) 27} Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.^(B)
