1 Timothy 2:12-15

^12 (A)But I do not allow a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet. ^13 (B)For it was Adam who was first ^[a]created, and then Eve. ¹⁴ And it was not Adam who was deceived, but ^(C)the woman was ^[b]deceived and ^[c]became a wrongdoer. ¹⁵ But ^[d]women will be ^[e]preserved through ^[f]childbirth—if they continue in ^(D)faith, love, and sanctity, with moderation.
