² For ^(A)you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. ³ For this is the will of God, ^(B)your sanctification:^{[a] (C)}that you abstain from sexual immorality; ⁴ that each one of you know how to control his own ^(D)body^[b] in holiness and ^(E)honor, ⁵ not in ^(F)the passion of lust ^(G)like the Gentiles ^(H)who do not know God;
