4 Entonces Saúl dijo a su escudero(A): «Saca tu espada y traspásame con ella, no sea que vengan estos incircuncisos y me traspasen y hagan burla de mí(B)». Pero su escudero no quiso, porque tenía mucho miedo. Así que Saúl tomó su espada y se echó sobre ella(C).

4 Saul said to his armor-bearer, “Draw your sword and run me through,(A) or these uncircumcised(B) fellows will come and run me through and abuse me.”
But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it.
