1 Samuel 14:31-33

31 Now they had [a]driven back the Philistines that day from Michmash to Aijalon. So the people were very faint. 32 And the people rushed on the [b]spoil, and took sheep, oxen, and calves, and slaughtered them on the ground; and the people ate them (A)with the blood. 33 Then they told Saul, saying, “Look, the people are sinning against the Lord by eating with the blood!”
So he said, “You have dealt treacherously; roll a large stone to me this day.”

31 That day, after the Israelites had struck down the Philistines from Mikmash(A) to Aijalon,(B) they were exhausted. 32 They pounced on the plunder(C) and, taking sheep, cattle and calves, they butchered them on the ground and ate them, together with the blood.(D) 33 Then someone said to Saul, “Look, the men are sinning against the Lord by eating meat that has blood(E) in it.”
“You have broken faith,” he said. “Roll a large stone over here at once.”
