¹⁹ The Lord was with^(A) Samuel as he grew^(B) up, and he let none^(C) of Samuel’s words fall to the ground.

⁶ But the servant replied, “Look, in this town there is a man of God;^(A) he is highly respected, and everything^(B) he says comes true. Let’s go there now. Perhaps he will tell us what way to take.”

² The Lord was with Joseph^(A) so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master.

⁵² And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.^(A)

²² The Lord be with your spirit.^(A) Grace be with you all.^(B)

²¹ And the Lord was gracious to Hannah;^(A) she gave birth to three sons and two daughters. Meanwhile, the boy Samuel grew^(B) up in the presence of the Lord.
