²⁴ Now the woman had a fatted calf in the house, and she hastened to kill it. And she took flour and kneaded it, and baked unleavened bread from it.

²³ And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry;

⁷ And Abraham ran to the herd, took a tender and good calf, gave it to a young man, and he hastened to prepare it. ⁸ So ^(A)he took butter and milk and the calf which he had prepared, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree as they ate.
