¹⁶ As soon as David had finished speaking these words to Saul, Saul said, ^(A)“Is this your voice, my son David?” And Saul lifted up his voice and wept.

¹⁷ Saul recognized David's voice and said, ^(A)“Is this your voice, my son David?” And David said, “It is my voice, my lord, O king.”

¹⁰ But ^(A)they could not withstand the wisdom and the Spirit with which he was speaking.

¹⁵ for ^(A)I will give you a mouth and ^(B)wisdom, which none of your adversaries will be able to withstand or ^(C)contradict.

^4 (A)But Esau ran to meet him and embraced him ^(B)and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept.
