²⁸ But when Saul saw and knew that ^(A)the Lord was with David, ^(B)and that Michal, Saul's daughter, loved him,

⁹ Behold, I will make those of ^(A)the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—behold, ^(B)I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will learn that ^(C)I have loved you.

²⁵ Then Saul said to David, “Blessed be you, my son David! You will do many things and will ^(A)succeed in them.” So David went his way, and Saul returned to his place.

²⁰ And now, behold, ^(A)I know that you shall surely be king, and that the kingdom of Israel shall be established in your hand.

³ His master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord ^(A)caused all that he did to succeed in his hands.

⁸ His brothers said to him, “Are you indeed to reign over us? Or are you indeed to rule over us?” So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.

⁹ Then he dreamed another dream and told it to his brothers and said, “Behold, I have dreamed another dream. Behold, the sun, the moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.” ¹⁰ But when he told it to his father and to his brothers, his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Shall I and ^(A)your mother and your brothers indeed come ^(B)to bow ourselves to the ground before you?” ¹¹ And ^(C)his brothers were jealous of him, ^(D)but his father kept the saying in mind.

²⁷ But Laban said to him, “If I have found favor in your sight, I have learned by divination that^[a] the Lord has blessed me because of you.
