³ Here I am. Witness against me before the Lord and before ^(A)His anointed: ^(B)Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any ^(C)bribe with which to ^(D)blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”

³³ I have coveted no one’s silver or gold or apparel.

¹⁵ Then Moses was very angry, and said to the Lord, ^(A)“Do not ^[a]respect their offering. ^(B)I have not taken one donkey from them, nor have I hurt one of them.”

^2 (A)Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, ^(B)not by compulsion but ^[a]willingly, ^(C)not for dishonest gain but eagerly;

⁶ And he said to his men, ^(A)“The Lord forbid that I should do this thing to my master, the Lord’s anointed, to stretch out my hand against him, seeing he is the anointed of the Lord.”

^19 (A)You shall not pervert justice; ^(B)you shall not ^[a]show partiality, ^(C)nor take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and ^[b]twists the words of the righteous.

^10 (A)You are witnesses, and God also, ^(B)how devoutly and justly and blamelessly we behaved ourselves among you who believe;

⁵ Then he said to them, “The Lord is witness against you, and His anointed is witness this day, ^(A)that you have not found anything ^(B)in my hand.”

And they answered, “He is witness.”
