¹² And a man of the place answered, ^(A)“And who is their father?” Therefore it became a proverb, ^(B)“Is Saul also among the prophets?”

⁴⁵ It is written in the Prophets, ^(A)‘And they will all be ^(B)taught by God.’ ^(C)Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me—

^17 (A)Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from ^(B)the Father of lights, ^(C)with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.^[a]
