32 O rei Davi ordenou: “Chamem o sacerdote Zadoque, o profeta Natã e Benaia, filho de Joiada”. Quando eles chegaram à presença do rei, 33 ele lhes disse: “Levem Salomão e meus conselheiros à fonte de Giom. Salomão deve ir montado em minha mula. 34 Ali o sacerdote Zadoque e o profeta Natã o ungirão rei sobre Israel. Toquem a trombeta e gritem: ‘Viva o rei Salomão!’.

32 King David said, “Call in Zadok(A) the priest, Nathan the prophet and Benaiah son of Jehoiada.” When they came before the king, 33 he said to them: “Take your lord’s servants with you and have Solomon my son mount my own mule(B) and take him down to Gihon.(C) 34 There have Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint(D) him king over Israel. Blow the trumpet(E) and shout, ‘Long live King Solomon!’
