¹⁴ Like obedient children, do not be shaped by the cravings you had formerly in your ignorance. ¹⁵ Instead, just like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in everything you do. ¹⁶ For it is written,

³ One called out to another, and said:

¹⁴ Pursue shalom with everyone, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

¹¹ That is what some of you were—but you were washed, you were made holy, you were set right in the name of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah and by the Ruach of our God.
