⁴⁸ So Solomon made all the vessels that were in the house of the Lord: ^(A)the golden altar, ^(B)the golden table for ^(C)the bread of the Presence,

^8 (A)He also made ten tables and placed them in the temple, five on the south side and five on the north. And he made a hundred basins of gold.

Making the Table

^10 (A)He also made the table of acacia wood. Two cubits was its length, a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. ¹¹ And he overlaid it with pure gold, and made a molding of gold around it. ¹² And he made a rim around it a handbreadth^[a] wide, and made a molding of gold around the rim. ¹³ He cast for it four rings of gold and fastened the rings to the four corners at its four legs. ¹⁴ Close to the frame were the rings, as holders for the poles to carry the table. ¹⁵ He made the poles of acacia wood to carry the table, and overlaid them with gold. ¹⁶ And he made the vessels of pure gold that were to be on the table, its plates and dishes for incense, and its bowls and flagons with which to pour drink offerings.

³⁶ the table with all its utensils, and the bread of the Presence;

^21 (A)You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and ^(B)the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and ^(C)the table of demons.

¹² But you profane it when you say that ^(A)the Lord's table is polluted, and its fruit, that is, its food may be despised.

¹⁶ They shall enter my sanctuary, and they shall approach ^(A)my table, to minister to me, and they shall keep my charge.

^22 (A)an altar of wood, three cubits high, two cubits long, and two cubits broad.^[a] Its corners, its base,^[b] and its walls were of wood. He said to me, “This is ^(B)the table that is before the Lord.”

⁴² And there were four tables ^(A)of hewn stone for the burnt offering, a cubit and a half long, and a cubit and a half broad, and one cubit high, on which the instruments were to be laid with which the ^(B)burnt offerings and the sacrifices were slaughtered.

³⁹ And in the vestibule of the gate were two ^(A)tables on either side, on which the ^(B)burnt offering and the ^(C)sin offering and the ^(D)guilt offering were to be slaughtered.
