1 Kings 12:31-33
New King James Version
31 He made [a]shrines on the high places, (A)and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi.
32 Jeroboam [b]ordained a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like (B)the feast that was in Judah, and offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did at Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he had made. (C)And at Bethel he installed the priests of the high places which he had made. 33 So he made offerings on the altar which he had made at Bethel on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, in the month which he had (D)devised in his own heart. And he [c]ordained a feast for the children of Israel, and offered sacrifices on the altar and (E)burned incense.

And he placed in Bethel (D)the priests of the high places that he had made. 33 He went up to the altar that he had made in Bethel on the fifteenth day in the eighth month, in the month that he had devised from his own heart. And he instituted a feast for the people of Israel and went up to the altar (E)to make offerings.

New International Version
31 Jeroboam built shrines(A) on high places and appointed priests(B) from all sorts of people, even though they were not Levites. 32 He instituted a festival on the fifteenth day of the eighth(C) month, like the festival held in Judah, and offered sacrifices on the altar. This he did in Bethel,(D) sacrificing to the calves he had made. And at Bethel he also installed priests at the high places he had made. 33 On the fifteenth day of the eighth month, a month of his own choosing, he offered sacrifices on the altar he had built at Bethel.(E) So he instituted the festival for the Israelites and went up to the altar to make offerings.
