1 Kings 12:30-32

30 Then (A)this thing became a sin, for the people went as far as Dan to be before one.[a] 31 He also made (B)temples on high places and (C)appointed priests from among all the people, who were not of the Levites. 32 And Jeroboam appointed a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month like (D)the feast that was in Judah, and he offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he made. And he placed in Bethel (E)the priests of the high places that he had made.

30 Now this thing became (A)a sin, for the people went to worship before the one as far as Dan. 31 He made [a]shrines on the high places, (B)and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi.
32 Jeroboam [b]ordained a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like (C)the feast that was in Judah, and offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did at Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he had made. (D)And at Bethel he installed the priests of the high places which he had made.
