⁵ And King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, who had assembled before him, were with him before the ark, ^(A)sacrificing so many sheep and oxen that they could not be counted or numbered.

¹³ And when ^(A)those who bore the ark of the Lord had gone six steps, ^(B)he sacrificed an ox and a fattened animal.

The Ark Placed in a Tent

16 And they brought in the ark of God and set it inside ^(A)the tent that David had pitched for it, and they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.

Solomon's Sacrifices

^62 (A)Then ^(B)the king, and all Israel with him, offered sacrifice before the Lord. ⁶³ Solomon offered as peace offerings to the Lord 22,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep. So the king and all the people of Israel dedicated the house of the Lord.
