²² The Lord listened to the voice of Elijah; the life of the child came into him again, and he revived.^(A)

¹¹ But after the three and a half days, the breath^[a] of life from God entered the two witnesses,^[b] and they stood on their feet, and those who saw them were terrified.^(A)

³⁵ Women received their dead by resurrection. Others were tortured, refusing to accept release, in order to obtain a better resurrection.^(A)

⁹ For to this end Christ died and lived again, so that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.^(A)

⁴³ When he had said this, he cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!”

²⁸ Do not be astonished at this, for the hour is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice ²⁹ and will come out: those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation.^(A)

²¹ As a man was being buried, a marauding band was seen and the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha; as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he came to life and stood on his feet.

¹² Meanwhile they had taken the boy away alive and were not a little comforted.
