¹⁸ There is no fear in love; but ^(A)perfect love casts out fear, because fear ^[a]involves punishment, and the one who fears is not ^(B)perfected in love.

⁵ and hope ^(A)does not disappoint, because the love of God has been ^(B)poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

¹⁵ For you ^(A)have not received a spirit of slavery ^[a]leading to fear again, but you ^(B)have received ^[b]a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “^(C)Abba! Father!”

⁶ Because you are sons, ^(A)God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “^(B)Abba! Father!”

³⁶ And He was saying, “^(A)Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; ^(B)yet not what I will, but what You will.”

⁷ For God has not given us a ^(A)spirit of ^[a]timidity, but of power and love and ^[b]discipline.
