⁷ But if we ^(A)walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and ^(B)the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we ^(C)confess our sins, He is ^(D)faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to ^(E)cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

² Beloved, ^(A)now we are children of God; and ^(B)it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, ^(C)we shall be like Him, for ^(D)we shall see Him as He is.

¹⁴ And ^(A)we have seen and testify that ^(B)the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. ^15 (C)Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

⁹ If we receive ^(A)the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; ^(B)for this is the witness of ^[a]God which He has testified of His Son.
