Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit

^15 (A)“If you love me, you will ^(B)keep my commandments.

^10 (A)If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as ^(B)I have kept ^(C)my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

³ For ^(A)this is the love of God, that we ^(B)keep his commandments. And ^(C)his commandments are not burdensome.

⁴ Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments ^(A)is a liar, and ^(B)the truth is not in him, ⁵ but whoever ^(C)keeps his word, in him truly ^(D)the love of God is perfected. ^(E)By this we may know that we are in him: ⁶ whoever says he ^(F)abides in him ^(G)ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.
