1 Corinthians 7:20-22
Good News Translation
20 Each of you should remain as you were when you accepted God's call. 21 Were you a slave when God called you? Well, never mind; but if you have a chance to become free, use it.[a] 22 For a slave who has been called by the Lord is the Lord's free person; in the same way a free person who has been called by Christ is his slave.

1 Corinthians 7:20-22
English Standard Version
20 (A)Each one should remain in the condition in which he was called. 21 Were you a bondservant[a] when called? Do not be concerned about it. (But if you can gain your freedom, avail yourself of the opportunity.) 22 For he who was called in the Lord as a bondservant is (B)a freedman of the Lord. Likewise he who was free when called is (C)a bondservant of Christ.
