15 (A)Do you not know that (B)your bodies are parts of Christ? Shall I then take away the parts of Christ and make them parts of a prostitute? [a](C)Far from it! 16 Or (D)do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For He says, “(E)The two shall become one flesh.” 17 But the one who joins himself to the Lord is (F)one spirit with Him. 18 (G)Flee sexual immorality. Every other sin that a person commits is outside the body, but the [b]sexually immoral person sins against his own body. 19 Or (H)do you not know that (I)your body is a [c]temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from [d]God, and that (J)you are not your own? 20 For (K)you have been bought for a price: therefore glorify God in (L)your body.

Teaching on Marriage

Now concerning the things about which you wrote, it is (M)good for a man [e]not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise the wife also to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise the husband also does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. [f](N)Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and [g]come together again so that (O)Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
